modlife store is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secure. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us – that’s all.
modlife store uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

When purchasing from modlife store your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. shipping & delivery
modlife store delivers products Australia wide using either Australia Post or an appropriate courier company. Shipping costs are added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-3 business days depending on your location within Australia and product availability.
We currently only ship within Australia, and do not accept international orders through our website. If you would like to enquire about a special order to an alternative destination please contact us at sales@modlifeonline.com.au. We only accept PayPal from International orders and your delivery address must match your PayPal delivery address.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, all deliveries must be signed for. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we recommend that you provide an attended address (such as a work address) where someone will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours.
pricing
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, please email us at sales@modlifeonline.com.au with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

refunds & returns
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Our sales and return policy is detailed below. Please read this carefully before purchasing from modlife store.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number must be obtained from modlife store before any goods are returned. This can be obtained by filling out the contact form here.
- All costs incurred in returning non-faulty or incorrectly chosen products to us are your responsibility.
- All faulty equipment will need to be tested before replacement, credit or refund can occur, and this may need to be determined by the manufacturer. This may create some delay in processing. The costs of returning the suspected faulty item to the manufacturer is to be borne by the customer. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, modlife store will refund or credit the customer with the return postage amount upon receiving a copy of the postage receipt. This only applies to goods being Dead on Arrival (DOA), or within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product is not found to be faulty, then the customer will also incur the cost of the return shipping from the manufacturer back to the customer.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping.
- We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- An RMA number does not guarantee credit, repair, refund or replacement. It is simply an authorisation to return goods to us.
- If a product is faulty, or does not match the description, a refund may be available upon request. However, modlife store reserves the right to confirm the unsuitability of the product before a refund is issued.
- Software is non-refundable once opened, unless faulty or does not match the description. Please confirm your hardware compatibility before ordering.
- In some instances modlife store will agree to credit for incorrect choice. In this case the following applies:
- the goods must be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging
- A restocking fee may be applied
- No credit is available for any freight paid
- Returns are only eligible for shop credit – no refunds are available
- Return Authorisation’s are only valid for 14 days after issue.
- If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit, you are advised to refuse to accept delivery of the product and direct the courier to return the goods to sender. modlife store should be notified immediately if this occurs at support@modlifeonline.com.au.
