I was tossing up whether to buy the Koosh cover from you or another supplier but then I read a negative review regarding customer service and shipping from the other supplier and it was enough to make me take a shot and order from you. My younger daughter gave birth to a gastro schesis baby at the end of October, after a very anxious pregnancy, he required immediate surgery then another surgery 7 days later. He was a tiny tiny premi baby, and finally came home just before Christmas, I was able to collect my purchase from the post Office on the Saturday and have it wrapped for Christmas, They were overwhelmed and have made continual use of it ever since.
